HPLC Experiments for Organic Lab

The following article was in  JCE last fall: A Survey of Industrial Organic Chemists: Understanding the Chemical Industry’s Needs of Current Bachelor-Level Graduates.  It listed HPLC as a highly desirable skill for industry along with the lab techniques we normally choose.  Is anyone doing an interesting HPLC experiment for their courses?( dx.doi.org/10.1021/ed400570f | J.
